deleting posts.???

how do i delete my posts on the forum.
i have bits for sale on the bits for sale section.
once they are sold how do i delete the posts?

Hi Alistair,

When items are sold, just post a message in the topic indicating if all items have sold and what is still available in the batch, if any. Then an admin will come along and add more prominent wording to the topic subject line (eg SOLD) as needed.

why not simply delete?

Because the photos of the parts and the identification comments that people make about those parts, will be of interest to Douglas enthusiasts in the future.
