• This guide explains what to do if you have lost or forgotten your password.

1. Open the Log in Window

• Click on 'Log in' on the main menu.

2. At the Log in Window

• Click on 'Forgot your password' at the bottom of the Log in window.

3. Request a password email

• Enter either your user name or your email address.

• NB. If you have changed your email address and not updated your Profile, please contact Admin - Step 10. Get further help

4. Check your details

• This example shows the member user name as 'member1'.

• After entering your own details, check they are correct and click 'Continue'.

5. Open the reminder email

• An email will be sent to the email address currently listed in your Profile.

• Check your email and look for the reminder email.

• If the email does not arrive after a few minutes, try repeating the steps above to send a second email.

• If no email arrives, please contact Admin - Step 10. Get further help

6. Click the link in the reminder email

• Click the link in the reminder email.

7. Enter a new password

• Now enter a new password in both fields.

• The password must be at least eight characters long, contain a mix of upper and lower case letters, as well as digits.

8. Save the new password

• Providing both fields are the same and the password meets the criteria in Step 7, green ticks will appear.

• Make a note of the new password while it is fresh in your mind.

• Click on 'SAVE' to save the new password and proceed.

9. Log in using your new password

• This screen says the new password has been set successfully.

• Now you may log in using your original member name and your new password.

• After pressing 'LOG IN', you should be logged into your account and able to proceed as normal.

• If the above steps do not work for you, please contact Admin using this link or the 'Contact' button located in the main menu at the top of the page.

• We can change your email address or create a new password for you.
