TS Front Stand

I have been making a front stand for my 1925 TS, although I got the measurements from the museum example in Invercargill, the one dimension I forget to get is the width at  the bottom.

Could somebody please put a tape measure across the bottom to the outside of the tubes for me please.

Hello Marcus, the cross tube on mine(25 ts) is 5 7/8 inches long  and about 3/8 up the legs, but that`s with narrow guards. Regards Jim

Thank you very much for that information. I had measured the 3/8 bit, but not the width.
