Carb trouble

Still having carb trouble . nearside works fine but the offside carb will not pick up unless chocked by holding my hand partly over the intake . I have swapped the carbs over ( i had to take the slide ajus screw out to get the float chamber on ) and the same carb still wont pick up untill chocked , so its definatly something to do with the carb BUT WHAT i have tried diferent jets ,needles etc . any ideas as its driving me mad .

Problem with engine petering out

My 1947 T35 starts usualy first kick but it will not run at a steady tickover , all the bits in the carb ie needle, jets , slide are as should be. It always wants to peter out and stop...

I have been having trouble with starting my T35, at first it stopped on the road and I put it down to the mag breaking down .
So I had it rewound , and have been trying to get it going but when it does start ( which is a job ) it runs on the offside only
And bangs out of the carb...
