Steering damper for OC600

I know this is a bit hopeful - but I am looking for the components of the steering damper for my OC600. I have the bottom plate that covers the top steering head bearing but nothing else. This is the damper type that fits under the handlbars. I was sent the attached photo which shows the parts - any help would be GREATLY appreciated !!

Doug/Daren, thanks guys - I didn't realise it was the same as on the later bikes !! Daren, as you are closer is probably easier if I could grab yours to copy - will give you a call.
