Looks great to me.  There is something I learned about a few months ago about the British registration numbers, of which yours is similar to the one on my 1920 Clyno.  The SV numbers are usually "age related" numbers and are not the original that was assigned to the bike.  You may want to see if someone over in England can possibly determine the original number.  Apparently old numbers are bought and sold and usually old bike numbers end up on more expensive vehicles.  The original number for my 1926 Francis Barnett Model 4 is now on a Bentley.
