Have you tried the new Drafts feature yet? I just lost a long message today and learned my lesson. It is a good idea to save a draft of any long post you are writing. You can then just keep writing and keep saving a draft, knowing you have a backup if there is a glitch. The draft is automatically deleted when you post the message.

Hi Chaps,

I require a left hand (brake side) fork link for a MK5 in good useable condition. Item 17, 38196 in the parts list. Mine is ground too much on the seal face at the back, and the seal lip doesn't contact it sufficiently well or evenly despite cleaning it up, shims etc.
I'm in the UK, Southampton area.

Many thanks
Doug

Hi Doug,

This part is in stock with the LDMCC post-war spares scheme.
FWIW the club's entire stock list is available on the LDMCC website.

Hope this helps.

All the best,

David.
