Have you tried the new Drafts feature yet? I just lost a long message today and learned my lesson. It is a good idea to save a draft of any long post you are writing. You can then just keep writing and keep saving a draft, knowing you have a backup if there is a glitch. The draft is automatically deleted when you post the message.

As i am restoring 4 Douglas models TS, i have been making parts as needed and i have been making extras to be available to others.

Many of these parts are the ones that are typically missing and typically hard to find.

Please feel free to contact me via email and i will email my spares catalogue to you.

bryan

Hi Bryan

When you download what you have put up here, there is nothing to see apart from the front page ie there is no list of what you have made

Cheers, Graeme

karri

I think he wants you to email him for the parts list Graeme

SunbeamS7

Hi Karri and Graeme,
Karri is correct Graeme, those interested just need to email me and i will email my spares catalogue to them.
Thank you for re-clarifying the process Karri. I was advised by the Site Administrator that because of the potential for spam etc, this was a safer way of going about things.
Kind Regards,
bryan

Bryan,

Just to clarify, it is perfectly safe to publish your list of parts here in the forum. It is only publishing your email address in plain text in a post that is not recommended, as this can be easily harvested by spam bots.

Note that you have already published your email address in image form in your first post. More sophisticated email address harvesting bots may be able to read this, but not the vast majority.

Members can always contact each other using the email or Personal Message links that appear underneath the Location field in the left hand column. So the best idea when seeking contact with other members, is to just remind them to use the links in the left hand column.

If you hover your mouse over each of the links, the words "Email" and "Personal Message" will appear.
