flywheel clutch adjusting nut
« on: 23 Oct 2021 at 18:22 »
Hi there has anybody got any dimensional details of a 1930s clutch adjusting nut so that I can make one as close to the original as possible.
Fingers crossed
Chris

No luck on the flywheel nut Ian and I'll try again tonight to send over pictures of my gear train.

Hi Chris,
Did the photo's I posred come out OK.  I did a couple of rough drawings with dimensions. Bear in mind the items I measured may be a little worn and a few thou under the  nominal size.  You will probably build a Flywheel puller too, (If you haven't already)  If there is any other details you need please let me know.

All relieved thanks Ian, the only piece I have missing is the adjusting nut. I was surprised to see some of the details on the under side any dimensions of that face would be handy.
