Plunger for exhaust lifter
« on: 24 Sep 2021 at 00:10 »
Dear All
Was wondering whether anyone had a drawing/specifications for the CW plunger for exhaust lifter or even better had one they are willing to part with. Description in the spare parts list is 544D Plunger for exhaust lifter control.
Thanks
Darryl

Darryl this is a shot I snapped in January last year when I was doing some magneto work. Perhaps it may help you build one. It took me a long time to find this one and it has already been copied. The hollow tube at lower right is threaded through the case. The round rod has a short plunger acting as an alignment aid, similar to the one on the other end and then there is a hook/cable nipple capture built in. This works really well. Hopefully someone may have a tech drawing on the forum.
