Wide Centre Stand for a Mark
« on: 26 Aug 2020 at 14:58 »
Can anyone help please with a wide centre stand for use on a Mark with a waffle box fitted.  This is for a long term club member who's not too hot on the computer?

Hi Robert
I've been unable to make any contact as yet due to this Covid thingy but will continue to try.  In the meantime can you let me know the cost including post to the UK.  Many thanks.

So very sorry, but as things stand here we have a galloping inflation so really it is impossible to quote prices, as soon as things settle down I will try and work out how much casting and machining will come to. Postage is really more or less the same situation. Please forgive but this is out of my hands. Kindest regards, Robert Lander (Jumbo)

Yes that's fine.  Ken Trickett is in the middle of restoring a Reliant Scimitar at the moment and wont want the stand for another year - I pinched his narrow one and promised him that I would use my computer to do my best to find the wide one that he wants.
