wrenches for the douglas
« on: 20 Apr 2020 at 18:02 »
I am in the process of running another batch of wrenches hear in the states for modern motorcycles.
I have seen many wrenches for sale on Ebay and am thinking of making some for the Douglas motorcycles. how ever i do not know what sizes are popular for them. i have a 1927 Ew 350 and can get some measurements for them but if someone knows the sizes already that are hard to get it  would help with producing them.
thank you for your time. and be safe out there.
jeff

I'll take one copy of that complete tool kit please.
If I can afford it !!!

Thanks for the pics Darren, that really is quite comprehensive.
But more than you need for one ride, I hope !!

Just a solid wrench to do the wheel nuts would be a good start.
Cheers.

thank you for all the photos and shapes of the wrenches. the flat ones will be very easy for me to get made. the ones with the punched and formed will be a little harder to make but i have an idea to get around that. if i could get some measurements on them or if there are blue prints running around on the sizes that would be a great help. photos show what i am already making for modern dirt bikes and these would be a good addition to ad to my product run. i currently sell these wrenches for $22 usd so they would be affordable.
