It's a 1932 Model K - 350cc OHV.

Thanks Eddie. I couldn't find any info on identifying the K model on here so wasn't sure what cc it would be.
Looks a worthwhile restoration project for someone

These were made as the K32 or M32; 350cc or 500cc respectively. Only difference was the bore size. New for 1932, it was the successor to the D28 and D29 model after a three year hiatus. Sort of a ohv top end built onto a 350EW crankcase; well not exactly but that was the general idea behind them. Since Douglas was nearly bankrupt for 1933, the K/M32 were a one year model.

Looks like could be a nice machine when restored, but is it really worth that in that condition... :shock:
