Hello from Slovenia!
I bought a Douglas 1948 mark1 (

)
The engine is now runing ok but in the midle of testig it jump in gear and block it.
I disassemble gearbox and there is no parts broken or damiged. Only problem i found is this on video.

Hi there in Slavenia. I think the brass bush has moved on the shaft towards the gearbox.

My photo shows where the bush should be. If it is too far forward it would foul the inside of the input part.

Problem is located.
Oil hole is blocked and no channels.

It looks like somebody made a sleeve of brass without all the channels but on your video the teeth do not seems to fall in front of notches. Can't you rotate the shaft around?
