Saddle for my 2 3/4 hp 1914 machine.
« on: 20 Feb 2019 at 01:17 »

I have the pan and top of the frame for a saddle for my 1914 machine. Can anyone assist in identifying what I have?

The compound springs indicate a Brooks to me (B130 or B170) but i am unsure of the connection. I also don't have the base of the frame hence the question so I can chase correct base.

Like you say, it sure looks like a Brooks B170.  I am currently working on a Clyno with the Lycett version of the same saddle.  Here is a photo of the frame that would be what you are missing, hope this helps.
