T35 headlamp brackets

The forks on my rebuild have no headlamp brackets. Can anyone tell me how they are attached to the fork leg. From photos they seem to be welded or brazed?

On the T35 and Mk1 - 5 machines, the headlamp brackets were brazed to the fork legs. Competition and Plus machines had the same brackets, but they were bolted onto 2 lugs on each fork leg.

Looks like mine have been cut off. Looking at making 2 tapered sleeves with the brackets brazed to them.
