Not a T35 or mk5. mk3 is my best guess. More informed comment will, no doubt, follow.

Looks like this bike started out as a Mk4 or 5, but has had the rear subframe drastically modified to obtain a lower seat height. Also, the front mudguard has been modified and fitted directly to the fork legs. Obviously, the bike is not complete as it lacks an exhaust system and various other parts.
