Leader of the Pack Poster - artist and copyright question

Hello ... I'm new to this forum and not (I'm sad to say) the owner of a Douglas. I have an elderly BMW which keeps me happy.
I would like to use the Leader of the Pack poster in a book I'm putting together and need to get copyright clearance. But who from? 
This would seem like the best place to ask for information about the artist and, if possible, the copyright holder.
Any help - or pointers - you can give would be much appreciated.

                  You need to contact the Secretary of The London Douglas Motorcycle Club. The Club holds the copyright on the name 'Douglas' in connection with any products from the Kingswood, Bristol factory. In fact, the Secretary is a member of this forum, so he may contact you.

I've been unable to make out the artist's name which seem to appear in the bottom right hand corner.
Has anyone got a better copy - or better eyesight - than me?
