Most British brake and clutch control levers,at least post-war, are 7/8ths inch or 1 inch ,measured centre to centre of the pivot screw and the cable-nipple hole.Which one did Douglas use on the Dragonfly and the Mark series machines? Thanks,Ken.

Ken, my MK5 levers are one inch centres. I don't know if they're original (after 65 years), but they're good quality alloy of some sort.
