Hi to all you knowlagable people with Douglas M/bikes.
I am restoring a 1924 TS Dougie and have completly built the oil pump assembly, using the sketch, that I got of the forum site, drawn by Chris.
My question is, on the "insert', at the base of the pump, there is a hair spring and disk.
I have a movement of the disk of approx. 1.5 mm for the oil flow to lubricate the motor.
Is this right or too much or not enough movement of the disk ??
