Dragon gearbox fit mark

Hi all, does a dragonfiy gearbox fit a mark engine???
If not does 6 spline drive fit on mark gearbox???  Thanks for help

Hello Graham,yes the Dragonfly gearbox will mate onto the Mark engine,with a difference in the number of fixing bolts ,the Mark engine not having the lowermost fixing hole which would not matter at all .The big problem is,and I assume you are fitting these items into a Mark frame, the Dragonfly gearbox shell is 20mm wider than the Mark item in the area where it has to snuggle inbetween the swinging-arm pivot lugs;the Mark shell is a close fit in this area and the 'Fly item a 'no go'. Regarding the splined sleeve ,I'm sure this is a common part with the Mark 'box   along with all the other internal parts except the kickstart mechanism, which was totally redesigned. Thanks ken so worth getting one at the right price for internals and sell casings on
