hi I have a Douglas motor  that I am putting into 1929 Douglas frame  I Tried to put in 1925 frame but the motor seamed  to big the engine number is 1468 on the crank cases  it has B82 on both it has split crank cases

A very early 3 1/2hp - likely 1913. It has the two piece timing cover, which was only on the first few engines made

G'day all.
Graeme I sold your father a very early 3 1/2HP motor years ago with a two piece timing cover, he said at the time it was very early for a 3 1/2HP job.
It came out of a house down Wollongong way.

I've still got that one Howard. Finding the cycle parts for it will be a big challenge!
