BTH Magneto Leads

Hi all.
after info in regards to ignition leads to suit BTH magneto on EW Douglas,i would like to replace them
but unable to source them noticed that they are not listed on London Douglas parts list that I can see
is it possible to repair using existing front & rear cap assys on magneto end,and what is the best type
of wire to use,not sure where to go with this.
