Can anyone tell me the year and model of my frame.  number  15678. I think around 14or15

Looks like 1914 Bob. Follow the link from the top posting in the section for the table of 2 3/4 engine and frame numbers (or use this if you can't find it: https://www.douglasmotorcycles.net/aa-files/html/identify-part1/veteran3.3.htm )

The bolts for the rear stand pivot are in the lower chain stays for 1914; for 1915 there is a drop-down lug for the purpose.
