CW wheel rebuild starting ( many thanks Leon) but the small plates ( approx ⅞ by ⅜ by ⅛ with 2 holes) that secure the dummy brake rim to the spokes totally rusted up...I tried a vintage rim rebuilder but could not supply these...does anyone know of a supplier of these ? Ta....
