air filter for T35

Hi all
I have just started fettling my newly acquired T35 and am a little concerned about the open mouths to the carbs, and what they might swallow.
I would like to fit some sort of filter, even if only a simple mesh one. Any recommendations?

All I have ever found that fits in the T35 carb mouths are my feet
and therin lies the problem.
neatly sidesteped in 1948 by ignoring it perhaps we should as well
