Identify a Douglas gear box clamp - 3 1/2 or 4 horse maybe?

I can rule out RA, but perhaps 3 1/2 or 4 h.p.? Can anyone identify it? The two sides are slightly different, but I'm pretty sure it's a clamp to hold the gearbox to the back/bottom of a Douglas crank case. Quite an unusual part!

Leon,

It sure looks like 4hp. The spares list shows a triangular plate, but pictures of actual machines seem to have this type.
