Mudguards

Does anyone know who the young man is, making mudguards in Australia? I found him mentioned in a forum somewhere and now I can't find it. He was making vintage mudguards and getting lots of positive comments.

Hi Stephen,

I know of  two people making mudguards in Australia,

Adam Higgins
'The Early Years' 28 firebrace rd.
Heyfield, vic.
03 5148 2838

 and Vintage Tin;

http://www.vintagetin.com.au/

I can't vouch for them as I haven't used either, but I'm about to have a pair made for my 1915 2 3/4 project by Adam once I send the patterns to him (thanks Lindsay  :-) )

Cheers

Ian

Forget the Vintage Tin bloke - hopeless, you'll never get your stuff made. He apparently has also done a runner, according to what a well known and respected South Australian veteran rider told me at the recent veteran rally in Parkes.

Thanks for that guys.
Two of us here in NZ had started to order from Vintage Tin back in 2011 and he just stopped replying to e-mails.
