Yes the online email address is correct - it automatically gets forwarded to the appropriate person. We elected a new regalia secretary at this year's AGM, and he has just taken possession of the stock. Unfortunately, our previous regalia secretary has been incapacitated recently, so some orders may have been delayed. From what I understand, members of his family have processed straight forward orders, i.e. '4off no.10 transfers', but orders that need a little more detail knowledge, i.e. 'a full set of transfers for a particular model', may have been delayed somewhat.
