Hi,
I am currently in the process of removing the crankshaft from my EW as the gudgeon pin on the rear piston seized, made one of the rods not all that straight and broke a piston just for good measure. As I have never had the opportunity to delve quite so deeply into a Douglas before it is all new to me. Can anyone provide some advice on how to remove the timing gear from the crankshaft and are there any tricks to this.
