MK5 spares

 Can any one please tell me where I might get piston rings,valves,valve guides,a pushrod and gaskets from for a MK5 .also has any one fitted later carbs to a Mk5, was it a succes.

 While I am still waiting for a reply from the LDMCC, I am looking at other parts, has any one run a MK  on coil ignition and concentric carbs.
