The pinion is, as you noted, 20T. The thickness is a uniform 0.375" (no bosses or hubs). Bore is 0.6255 or so, to suit crankshaft. Three 1/8" key ways (more like 0.127" wide) equidistant to allow split-tooth timing adjustments. One key way lined up with a tooth space, but I doubt that it critical.
