Gear Clutch info wanted

Hi all
I have a Gear Clutch (No 9482) which is not in the greatest condition. What I am wanting to know is, what models did this go on and can anybody tell me the year of manufacture.

Andrew,

Circa 1913. Could be for a Model R or a Model S (Ladies), which were the only two offered with clutch and kick start pedal.
