Newbies T35
« on: 08 Jan 2012 at 01:40 »
Hi all, this is my first post so please be patient with me, I am in New Zealand and the proud owner of a 1947 T35-S which is in fairly good condition I would estimate 90% mechanically complete as is, I have ordered  numerous parts from the spares department and await there arrival. I am in need of basic help.  I would appreciate some reference photos, particularly of connections and placement of fittings, of restored T35's to help me restore my pride and joy to an original state. I will post some photos of the current bike soon and post with progress as I move forward but in the meantime colour photos of restored T35's would be extremely helpful.

Hi there,
regarding your T35, sorry I do not have any pictures to hand at this moment, am away from home  for a few days. However, may I suggest you contact my brother Norman, he is in Glen Eden Auckland and has been into post war douggies more years than we care to think about. He was secretary of the Club before moving to NZ in about 1970!! I would rather not publish his details on this open forum but if you cannot find them from your Club NCR or membership list please contact me on my email and I will give you his phone number. Hopefully your spares are on the way.
There is a very original Mk1 in the Auckland Motad museum, if you cannot get up there I am sure Norman will check details for you.
