I have a once running Endeavour and require some information on the correct dimensions of the kick starter the one that came with the bike is a bit rough and would like to improve on it. Photo attached. I have also made a mould for the rubber drive coupling photo attached. However until I go for the first test ride hopefully before 2010 I can not say for sure how they will work in operation. But my calculations for the shrinkage turned out perfect. One is Shore 60 and the second one is Shore 75.
