Carburator identification

Hi all,
I'm new to the forum, but have been a long time lurker.  I am into collecting Douglas and Rudge parts, and have come across a carburetor w/pipe, and a brake pedal - both described as being from a 1910's motorcycle.  I'm no expert but I believe they might belong to something from 1920.
Can anyone help id what bike these parts belong to? 
Also, I'm IT challenged so I'm sending the pictures to admin to attach.  It should take a day or two!?
These bikes are really art on wheels.

Ron, there is the brake pedal mingled with the carb.  I don't know if you could use it, but if you can, let me know.

I'm trying to get this carb completed and I know it's missing the top cover (I'm not sure if there is a technical name for it).  I still waiting for a bunch of carburetor literature so I can sit down and play with it,but if anybody out there could tell me what else they see missing, or have a source for the missing parts it would help a great deal.

Looks like I'm going to focus on building a Rudge , so if anyone is interested in this carb, and/or the foot brake, let me know.  Sensible offers please.
The carb is located in Sweden.
