Magneto mounting - 1930 S6

   Can anyone help me with a dimension drawing of the "plate" that goes bewteen the crankcase and the base of the magneto on my 1930 S6 retoration?
Obviously the thickness is critical and I could reasonably easily measure up the rest of the piece which I presumably will have to manufacture.

Michael,
              The magneto on an S6 does not have a plate - instead it sits on 4 steel buttons to help insulate it from the heat of the engine. In the top of the crankcase you will find 4 holes about 3/16" dia to take these buttons. I will measure the buttons for my S6 and post the dimensions tomorrow.

Many thanks.  I had noted the witness marks.  There are two indents on the bottom of the magneto which led me to wonder if there was a plate with posts on each side

               I have checked the magneto pads on my S6 and they are .750" dia x .200" thick with a spigot .187"dia x .125"long on the underside.
