Seat bracket needed
« on: 23 Aug 2006 at 01:32 »
I am in the final stages of puting my OC 600 together and find I have the wrong seat bracket - the part which bolts to the bottom of the seat pan and has the struts that go down to the springs. The one I have is the same as my 2.75HP one - where the struts are about 165mm apart. Due to the gearbox and sprockets being located directly under the seat on the OC I need one which has about 300mm between the struts. Other than that it is the same as the TS - same seat pan. Can anyone help ? I expect it would be a common part for all machines which have the gearbox located above the rear cylinder.

Make one up Ian - that's what we did for the OB. Got caught out with the width just like you have!
Cheers, Graeme

I will have to make one if I can't find one - but welding is not something I do myself !!
