Trevor,

To get that URL to work, you just need to stick an = sign in between the url and the http so it looks like this url=http.

this seems a good item see [urlhttp://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Douglas-Gearbox-1922-2-Speed-Hand-Change_W0QQitemZ8032466453QQcategoryZ36796QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem]here

Found this Trevor just after I sent my PM to you - I'll write the code as it should have been but so the SMF program won't recognise the code I'll substitute curly brackets instead of square ones -

this seems a good item see {url=http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Douglas-Gearbox-1922-2-Speed-Hand-Change_W0QQitemZ8032466453QQcategoryZ36796QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem]here

All you did wrong was you left out the = sign after url.

The difference between this code and the example in my PM (Personal Message) is that here you have linked the word 'here' and in the example I sent you I have linked 'gearbox'.

Cheers,
Alwyn
