I am pretty desperate for a rear cylinder for my veteran Douglas 1917 2 3/4hp "W" model.   I there is anyone who may have one of these that can be re-sleeved or know where I may find one I would be very pleased for the help.  I have a number of engine parts that I can exchange such as matching crankcases, conrods, crankshaft, flywheel etc. Any help appreciated.

Does anyone have the specifications for the oil inlet valve spring for early 2 3/4 engines - Part number 424.   I have tried to order one from the club spares but apparently Jeff Swan is indisposed at the moment.

Hi Guys, can anyone tell me the best place to get  valves and guides for a mk3 ? Maybe they are the same as something else ? Any help is appreciated, thanks a lot, Evan from Oz

Hi Evan,
Regarding the Mk 3, the simplest route forward is to join the London Douglas Club, fees are at the moment £18-00 a year. Details can be found at www.douglasmcc.co.uk the club information site.
The spares section carries a good range of post war parts including guides, valves, gaskets etc, we also attempt to stock the more commonly required pre war parts, sadly with such a large range of machines the stock is less comprehensive, however, we do make every effort to maintain the "consumable" items.
