Title: MUDGUARD FOR AERO MODEL

Hello
I am looking for an adress for a supplier , I need 2 mudguards ( rear and front ) for a AERO DOUGLAS 600 from 1936.

Hi Antoine and Polly
Renovation Spares can supply standard radius mudguards but cannot supply the special near bell shaped Douglas profile guards used on most models from the 1920s to the late 1930s. Some time ago, because so many members were seeking original mud guards, a survey was carried out on this forum in an attempt to determine the extent of demand in the hope that sufficient  quantities would be needed to justify manufacture of the rolls needed to produce this section. I understand quite significant quantities were required by members owning OB, RA, CW, EW, S6, T6, Aero models and some others. It was mooted that a manufacturer in Australia was willing to proceed if the quantities justified it. It seems to have died a death. I think it is time to resurrect the thread and get an update on the plans. I am still requiring original guards for two different models. Can anyone report on the latest position?

Yes,I can be interested by news mudguards with the good shapes ( front and rear ), for an AERO .Do you have an idea about prices for the both  and the delivery date
 ( approximately )?
A question , is the width  for the rear and the front mudguard are the same ?

The width and profile are the same for the front and rear mudguards of the heavyweight Aero models.
