The picture of racer number 30 is EE Elwell taken at the 1913 TT. He raced at least twice at the TT on Douglas machines, in 1913 he did not finish but was placed 7th in 1914
Hi 'nickcanfor' - thank you for that information and welcome to the forum - we'd like more about Douglas involvement with speedway and grass track - have you more to offer?

Sorry not able to help you out there. I am researching Douglas machines pre WW1 that competed in the Isle of Man TT. SO if you have any leads then please let me know. Best of luck in your search.
