Gear change linkages

Hi as with most things with my Model Z I am missing the entire gear change linkage with the exception of the threaded rod coming out of the gear box, 1/4" cycle thread. Any information on what I need to make to get this sorted such as link rod diameters, bell crank dimensions would be gratefully received.
