Have you tried the new Drafts feature yet? I just lost a long message today and learned my lesson. It is a good idea to save a draft of any long post you are writing. You can then just keep writing and keep saving a draft, knowing you have a backup if there is a glitch. The draft is automatically deleted when you post the message.

After many months i have finally got the belt rims sorted.
Metal spinning them was fun but not a good saleable product and sizes were restricted.
They are available in any diameter ( down to 12")and are rolled from 1.2mm sheet and seam welded as per wheel rims. Original rims were 1.0mm and tend to split so we upped the material to 1.2mm.

So far i have very little info on Douglas sizes but the dies are interchangable.

Basically they are a 28 degree vee section, 29mm deep and 24mm wide at the top. Curently availabe for BSA and rudge. So i need some info (cross section dimensions) so i can do the Douglas ones. main dimension will be from the center of the vee to the spoke mounting face.
Pricing is still being thrashed out but estimated to be around $180 to $220 for a 20" blank belt rim.
