Check the User Guide

Please check the User Guide as there may be some information that will help. Due to the recent move to the new software, all User Guide articles have to be re-done. (... they were a bit old anyway.) New material will appear gradually throughout 2024.

Get help from other Members

You can get help with issues by posting a message in the 'Forum Issues & News' forum. This is a good option because others can learn from the comments too.
