Pre 1920 rear brake

Cleaning and re-organising the garage time and had forgotten about this brake block in a box of Duggie bits purchased many years ago. Does not appear to have been used.
Is of the smaller length pre 1920 and the angle of taper is about 30 deg. Although I can't see myself restoring a real oldie, I don't want to sell at this point but would prefer to swap for a 5 in Acetylene light as per the pic.
The light has to be in reasonable restorable condition with no broken glass.   Ta Alan
