visiting australia and new zealand in dec 2015/jan 2016

after buying a douglas and visiting this phantastic forum, i have recognized how many enthusiasts and events are actually located down under.
this made me think and since i had always wished to visit australia again after more than 30 years, i have just reserved two seats to arrive on dec. 13, 2015 in sydney.
also intended is a visit to new zealand in between.
for detailed planning, every hint about historic vehicle events and must-sees until mid-january 2016 are more than welcome. historic aircraft are also of interest (intend to visit wanaka, nz).
