It's a rough old test rig, but it's saved a lot of leg work over the years.  The Z1 still needs some tweaking but it sounds fine. Too loud for cruising around Tuross Head  on a Sunday morning. The muffler has nothing inside, just a straight through pipe and it sounds loud in the shed. Finding a choke lever for the Carburettor might be difficult and the correct Magdyno is being refurbished and will be fitted before I put the engine in the frame.  It's idling a bit high, but I figure it's better initially to keep the oil pressure up.  I am amazed at how smooth it is.....some of the old Harley engines I have run on this rig have shaken the spanners of the wall.
