Title: Anybody recognise these bars?

A mate of mine got a pile of Douglas parts a short while back, and in amongst the collection is this set of handlebars. They are a mystery to me, and I wonder if they are actually Douglas. Does anybody recognise them?

i think this handle bar  belongs to either bsa or triumph  but really not sure , but is in its original condition
