My EW clutch won't release unless the springs are totally removed.
From what I can gather the most likely cause is incorrect assembly with a washer being on the wrong way around?
But before I delve into the clutch itself I want to check if the springs I have are correct.
They are 35mm long (one is 32.5...) and they are 12 mm in diameter with a wire section a bit under 2mm. I have no idea what the spring rate is. If anyone can confirm whether these dimensions are correct or not I would be grateful.
